The Office of the Assessor is responsible for completing an annual assessment roll that includes all assessable property in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. This legally mandated assessment roll, the basis by which property taxes are levied, represents the entire assessment workload during a tax year and includes changes of ownership, deed processing, new construction, new parcels, possessory interests, audits, business property statements, and reviews under Proposition 8, which allows a temporary reduction in assessed value when real property value drops.

The dataset provides number of county residents who are Second booster vaccinated by gender. Number of people vaccinated (completed primary series) is the number of county residents who either received a vaccine requiring a single dose (Janssen/Johnson & Johnson) or received the second dose of a vaccine requiring two doses (Pfizer or Moderna). Source: California Immunization Registry. This table is updated Monday-Friday and will not be updated on holidays.

Counties are experiencing temporary fluctuations in vaccination data received from the State of California due to a data reconciliation process involving integration of vaccination data systems by the State. The data reconciliation process and associated fluctuations in county vaccination are expected to be resolved by May 2022

This measure is part of Measures of Success Program (MOS). MOS is a client-centered approach to demonstrate the County's progress in meeting client needs. Selected measures are representative of County department’s core business and operations. The Controller-Treasurer Department records the County's bond rating for all debt issuances.

In September 2021, TSS completed the implementation of Cherwell Service Desk tool, providing an improved user experience for customers requesting service and support. This implementation allowed TSS to more accurately track Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), which is an industry-standard measure of the average elapsed business time between ticket creation and resolution. MTTR serves a variety of functions, from measuring the customer experience to determining appropriate staffing levels in a service organization.
